Your Bike Misses You

1 Min Read

For some of us who live in the southern states, we can ride our bikes most of the year. I am not bragging,  I miss cross-country skiing and outdoor ice skating on a pond, so we have other “winter activities” to keep up moving.

Yes, it is January as long as the weather permits it’s still cycling season. So move some stuff around in your garage and go for a bike ride and take your kids with you. Did you know a  135-pound woman pedaling 12 to 14 miles an hour blasts 488 calories in 60 minutes. Plus riding a bike is a great workout for your core, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves.
