1 1/2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated seedless/English cucumber, gently squeezed in a kitchen cloth to remove water
Two cloves fresh garlic, finely minced or pressed
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
One tablespoon of lemon juice
One tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Gently stir everything together until well combined.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
