Wanting More Control
I created this program as a personal journey, born out of my own desire to take a pause from wine and focus on my well-being. Like many, I enjoyed a glass of wine to unwind after a long day, to connect with friends, or to relax during quiet moments at home. But over time, I began to question the role that wine was playing in my life. I noticed how often I turned to it out of habit—whether for stress relief, emotional comfort, or simply because it was part of my routine.
As I reflected on my relationship with alcohol, I realized I wanted more control, more clarity, and a deeper sense of well-being. I wanted to know what it felt like to give my body and mind a break from alcohol and explore healthier, more mindful ways to manage stress and enjoy life. And so, I decided to take a pause.
This program began as a personal challenge—an experiment to see how I could reconnect with myself, my emotions, and my body without relying on wine. It wasn’t just about stopping; it was about being intentional and curious about the role alcohol played in my life. As I went through the process, I found new tools, habits, and insights that not only benefited me but also resonated with the women I work with.
I realized I wasn’t alone. Many women, especially those juggling careers, families, and the pressures of life, have turned to alcohol as a way to cope, unwind, or connect. This program is for those of us who want to take that pause, to reflect, reset, and move forward with more awareness and intention.
Through this journey, I developed a structured approach—one that blends self-reflection, mindfulness, and practical strategies. This program is not about restriction or deprivation; it’s about creating space to explore what it feels like to live without alcohol and to build habits that truly nourish us. Whether it’s for a temporary pause or a long-term shift, this program is designed to empower you to take control of your health, your choices, and your life.
I’m proud to share this with you, and I hope it serves as a guide, a support system, and a source of inspiration for your own journey.
