Spinach and Feta Omelette:
Eggs are an excellent source of vitamin B12, while spinach provides a good amount of calcium and omega-3 fatty acids. This omelette recipe is a nutritious and tasty way to start the day.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted.

Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach and cook until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta chees
