Spicy Salmon with Smokey Green Beans

Ingredients
Salmon:
1.5 lb wild-caught salmon
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons EVOO
3 cloves minced garlic (more if needed)
1 – 2 Tablespoon Bomba – You can purchase at most grocery stores
4 ounces of fish stock or clam juice
1 Tablespoon butter
Chopped fresh parsley
One lemon juiced
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound angel hair pasta
One lb. fresh green beans
Instructions
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder, set aside.
For the green beans, clean and trim the beans. In a saucepan, add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Prepare the pasta according to the directions.
Place the green beans into the boiling water until they turn bright green (typically about 3-5 minutes).
Remove beans from boiling water and put the beans into an ice bath. Set aside.
In a skillet, place olive oil on medium heat.
Place salmon into the heated skillet and just pan sear both sides of the salmon, remove salmon and set aside with aluminum foil covering the fish.
In the skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add Bomba seasoning (you can adjust the seasoning depending on taste).
Add green beans to the skillet.
Add fish stock.
Add salmon and butter back to the skillet.
Cook the salmon to your liking.
Remove the salmon and green beans and place on top of the pasta.
Add chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
Bomba – A spicy blend of crushed Calabrian chilies mixed with sweet, dried tomatoes, basil, toasted fennel seeds, and the slightest hint of red wine vinegar.
