1 Tablespoon onion powder

2 Tablespoons EVOO

3 cloves minced garlic (more if needed)

12 Tablespoon Bomba – You can purchase at most grocery stores

4 ounces of fish stock or clam juice

1 Tablespoon butter

Chopped fresh parsley

One lemon juiced

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound angel hair pasta

Season the salmon with salt and pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder, set aside.

For the green beans, clean and trim the beans. In a saucepan, add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.

In a skillet, place olive oil on medium heat.

Place salmon into the heated skillet and just pan sear both sides of the salmon, remove salmon and set aside with aluminum foil covering the fish.

In the skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add Bomba seasoning (you can adjust the seasoning depending on taste).

Add green beans to the skillet.

Add fish stock.

Add salmon and butter back to the skillet.

Cook the salmon to your liking.

Remove the salmon and green beans and place on top of the pasta.
