I have some exciting news! My sister, Krista, has decided to share her journey using my signature program:

The Midlife Wellness Method—and she’s bringing all of you along for the ride. Over the next few months, she’ll be journaling her experience on social media, giving a real, unfiltered look at what it’s like to reset her metabolism, balance her hormones, and take back control of her health.

Here’s Krista’s story:

She was doing everything “right”—eating healthy, exercising, following all the wellness advice she could find. But suddenly, nothing was working.

✅ The weight wouldn’t budge, no matter what she tried.
✅ She woke up exhausted, even after a full night’s sleep.
✅ Cravings, brain fog, and mood swings made her feel out of control.

She started wondering, “Is this just part of getting older?”

But deep down, she knew something wasn’t right.

Why Midlife Feels Like a Losing Battle

The truth is, it wasn’t just aging—it was metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, and hormone imbalances.
