Scale
Chicken breast
1 bottle of your favorite Italian Dressing (8 – 12 oz.)
Instructions
- To Marinate: Pour salad dressing into a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, seal bag and shake to coat. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight (the longer you marinate, the more taste the chicken will absorb).
- Heat the grill to high temperature or bake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Remove chicken from bag, discarding remaining marinade.
- If baking: Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- On grill: Cook 1 minute on each side to sear. Turn chicken every 2 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken with the dressing and freeze it until you are ready to grill it.
Turn chicken occasionally.
