These chicken breasts are marinated in Italian-style salad dressing, then baked or grilled! It is the easiest and most delicious meal ever, and my family thinks I spent all day making it!

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken breast

1 bottle of your favorite Italian Dressing (8 – 12 oz.)

Instructions

  1. To Marinate: Pour salad dressing into a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, seal bag and shake to coat. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight (the longer you marinate, the more taste the chicken will absorb).
  2. Heat the grill to high temperature or bake in the oven.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Remove chicken from bag, discarding remaining marinade.
  4. If baking: Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. On grill: Cook 1 minute on each side to sear. Turn chicken every 2 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken with the dressing and freeze it until you are ready to grill it.

Turn chicken occasionally.
