Ingredients

Scale

1 large cauliflower, cut into florets

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp flour

1 cup milk

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they’re tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in the flour, slowly stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
Add in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and combined.
Mix in the steamed cauliflower and ensure it’s coated with the cheese sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy your better-than-boxed culinary creation!
