Lemon Garlic Cod

Ingredients
4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
Dip fillets in flour add your favorite seasonings.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
Place the cod fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes on one side, then gently flip the fillets.
After flipping, add lemon juice and arrange lemon slices around the fillets in the skillet.
Cover the skillet and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cod is flaky and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
