Homemade Italian Sausage

You can do so much with this recipe. I use it when we do Family Pizza Night, or I use it in Stuffed Red Peppers, with pasta…anytime you need Italian Sausage this should be your go-to recipe!

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork, I have used ground turkey too!

2 teaspoons fennel seeds

2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Mix it all together and let it sit in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
Cook and serve with your favorite pasta or freeze it for later.
This recipe is good for stuffed cabbage too!
