1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Pat fish dry and coat with sauce, and let the fish set in the sauce for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill fish for about 5 minutes per side or bake at 425* oven for 10 minutes.
