Hoisin-Glazed Salmon

Serve this dish with rice and a green salad, and you have an Asian-Mediterranean dish!

Ingredients

2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Pat fish dry and coat with sauce, and let the fish set in the sauce for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill fish for about 5 minutes per side or bake at 425* oven for 10 minutes.
