Looking for the ultimate game day snack that’s as nutritious as it is delicious? I have taken the traditional 7-layer dip which is typically loaded with fat, and made this Dive into this mouthwatering, nutrient-packed 7-layer dip that’s bursting with flavor and color!

Ingredients

Scale

14 oz can Refried beans for protein and fiber

1 cup Greek yogurt

Taco Seasoning

Lime

Cumin

Sweet corn for a pop of sweetness

Creamy avocado for a healthy fat boost

Low-fat cheese for that melty goodness

Spring onions for a zesty crunch

Spicy jalapeños for a kick of heat

Juicy tomatoes for a burst of freshness

Flavorful salsa for that tangy twist

Fresh cilantro for a burst of green

Instructions

Add a generous layer of refried beans for a fiber-rich foundation.

Next with a base layer of Greek yogurt for creaminess and a protein punch. I added a pinch of taco seasoning to give it a punch of greatness.

Sprinkle on some sweet corn for a pop of color and natural sweetness.

Creamy avocado slices come next, adding healthy fats to the mix. I made mine into a guacamole with ground cumin, and a squeeze of lime.

Layer on low-fat cheese for a melty, cheesy goodness.

Scatter spring onions and jalapeños for a zesty kick.

Top it all off with juicy tomatoes, fresh salsa, and a sprinkle of cilantro for a burst of flavor.

Notes
