Ingredients
14 oz can Refried beans for protein and fiber
1 cup Greek yogurt
Taco Seasoning
Lime
Cumin
Sweet corn for a pop of sweetness
Creamy avocado for a healthy fat boost
Low-fat cheese for that melty goodness
Spring onions for a zesty crunch
Spicy jalapeños for a kick of heat

Instructions
Add a generous layer of refried beans for a fiber-rich foundation.
Next with a base layer of Greek yogurt for creaminess and a protein punch. I added a pinch of taco seasoning to give it a punch of greatness.
