Ingredients
Scale
Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Two tablespoons olive oil
Two cloves garlic, minced
One teaspoon paprika
One teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can refrigerate it for up to 4 hours for even more flavor.
- Once the chicken has marinated, please remove it from the dish and discard any excess marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts, so use a meat thermometer to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Remove the grilled chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute and keep the chicken moist.
