Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is one of my family’s favorite GAMEDAY appetizers. I promise you it will be gone in minutes.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken, I used a rotisserie chicken

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1 (8 oz.) package light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

2T lemon juice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine chicken and hot sauce, and mix all ingredients, (except for cheese, leave a few blue cheese crumbles for topping if desired.
Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with sliced green onions (if desired).
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers.
