Smoothies are a part of my family food culture. I raised my children on them, and we still make them today. I love them so much I wrote a book on Smoothies ~ Become a Smoothie Alchemist! And I won an award for this book!

Ingredients
1 cup of orange juice, (freshly squeezed is preferred)
1 cup of almond milk, you can use coconut milk, oat milk or just plain milk
1 cup of blueberries (I like to use frozen blueberries)
1/2 greek non-fat, plain yogurt
1 banana
Instructions
Using your blender, add the milk first then add all of the other ingredients. Yep, it is that easy. Give it a zip on your blender and you are good to go!
