1 cup of warm milk (dairy or plant-based)

¼ tsp turmeric

A pinch of cardamom

A pinch of cinnamon

Honey for sweetness (optional)

Instructions

Stir in turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Sweeten with honey to taste.
